Learning at home

Lots of organisations have been generous in offering their services for free during the time your child is at home.

Gareth Metcalfe - Maths KS2

A leading creator of maths resources is running free maths lessons in KS2 every day during the school closures. He is also creating a bank of videos showing games to play with children in KS1. Please spread the word!

A new video will be posted here every day for Y3&4 and another for Y5&6. I'm anticipating making two videos for KS1 children each week also.

Joe Wickes - PE sessions

Joe Wickes will be showing a PE lesson each day to help your child stay active. This can be accessed by his Body Coach Channel on Youtube.

This is a website that many teachers use and may be of use to you for print outs when you and your child are at home.

Teachers, parents and carers in the UK can get specialised access to Twinkl by visiting www.twinkl.co.uk/offer and entering the code UKTWINKLHELPS alongside an email and password.
